Individual Sessions

Adults enjoy a creative art workshop, practicing brush painting indoors.

Individual sessions provide a private and supportive space to explore experiences, emotions, and personal growth through creative expression. Sessions may include a range of expressive arts processes such as drawing, movement, writing, storytelling, or working with natural materials.

The focus remains on the creative process rather than artistic skill, allowing individuals to explore thoughts and feelings in ways that may feel difficult to express through words alone.

Group Sessions

Therapeutic themed groups explore experiences such as grief, addiction, significant life transitions, or other personal challenges participants may be navigating.

Groups run as a six-week creative therapy program, meeting with the same small group each week. This structure supports the development of trust, safety, and meaningful shared exploration through guided art-making and reflective discussion. Group settings  can encourage connection, shared insight, and supportive reflection.

Session Locations

Sessions may be offered in a range of settings depending on the needs of individuals, groups, and organisations. Different environments can support different kinds of creative and therapeutic experiences.

Flexibility in location allows sessions to be adapted to support comfort, accessibility, and the goals of the therapeutic process. Creative work may take place in community spaces, natural environments, private homes, or organisational settings.
